Our Why

To enable anyone to improve their financial situation.

Home is Cambridge, Waikato, with my wife and kids — every plan I build for a client gets the same thinking I put into my own family's future. But I remember being single too, and I'd have done a lot of things differently if I'd asked for advice earlier. Wherever you're starting from, the right advice changes what's possible.

Started as a builder.

I grew up in New Zealand, started on the tools and got qualified. Building homes teaches you two things fast: do the job properly, and stand behind your work.

Moved into IT and tech.

From there I moved into IT and technology — years with a global tech company that started in Rangiora, New Zealand, working across different industries around the world.

Then family — and everything changes.

Having a family changes everything. It's what pushed me to retrain into financial planning — and where I found a true passion: helping people get ahead.
